A Supportive Learning Community

The trust’s vibrant learning community is built on our successful teaching alliance (HART Alliance) that provides specialist primary school support and CPD, and in partnership with Red Kite Teacher Training SCITT, provides high quality initial teacher training.

The Trust places a high value on the work of HART and all YCAT schools access the CPD, school improvement support and are involved at some level in the initial teacher training.  We see this as investing in our teachers of today and of tomorrow to ensure that the education in our schools continues to be high quality.
